The Nymph of Trees

The Hamadryads are a particular type of dryad/ nymph. They are born bonded to an specific tree, some maintain that they are the tree itself , that’s why If the tree dies the Hamadryad as well, that’s why “the gods promise to punish mortals who harm those trees”. Today those promises have been forgotten, and while her life extinguishes the light of her heart of amber starts to fade, her leaves fall and a tear drops.
